Glenn P.

Duluth Lead

I began my career in construction working in the residential market for my high school shop teacher over summer break. After finishing a year of college, I decided to join the carpenter’s apprenticeship program. I have fulfilled just about every role in construction, from apprentice to journeyman, superintendent and project manager, and have gained valuable insight by working in all of those positions. I believe this gives me a unique advantage in my role now as because I’m able to share ideas and lessons learned with the team, continually pulling from experiences I’ve had personally in each of the roles I’m helping to develop.
