Meghan M.

Project Engineer

If you were to ask me why I got into the construction industry, I would tell you that it was entirely coincidental. I started as a temporary receptionist originally but quickly found myself curious about all the different components that go into the construction of a building. I then jumped into a role where I was the support to all team members. I quickly realized how important the administrative role was to construction, and beyond that, realized how much I enjoyed it! The fast-paced and team-oriented environment really appeals to me.

Being a native of Duluth, MN, I live and breathe our state’s motto of Minnesota Nice. Those who have worked closely with me know that providing the best service and support possible is very important to me. You will always find me with a positive attitude and a smile on my face. I truly believe that by keeping our trade partners and clients happy, it will be a wonderful journey throughout the duration of the project together.

When I am not working, you will find me volunteering with my Eco Rotary Club, playing volleyball, enjoying the outdoors or reading a book.
