Ted H.

Superintendent

I started in the construction industry building homes and additions when I was 16 years old; I’ve not stopped building since. I worked my way through the ranks as a carpenter, foreman, and superintendent overseeing multi-unit residential and commercial projects.

I love working at Gardner Builders because I love being around people who love what they do. Everyone here takes pride in his/her work. I’m a collaborator by nature, so I enjoy the team environment and problem-solving atmosphere.

Favorite Tool:

There are so many cool tools, but my favorite is the hammer. It’s one of the most versatile in a tool belt, and a carpenter is lost without it.

Little Known Facts:

I once had to shut down a stretch of 35E to transport 92’ glulam beams to a job. I can take apart just about anything and put it back together. I take every opportunity to spend time with my family at our cabin.
