Tim H.

Project Manager

I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and attended UC Davis for Business Admin. I opened my own business in 1992 buying and selling Real Estate as well as being a general contractor. I spent about 13 years developing, building, and selling residential homes. When I met my wife in 2005, we decided to sell off and make the big move to Montana. I worked for a local contractor in Havre, MT starting my change to commercial construction management.

After several years of building a variety of projects from metal buildings to new Border Patrol stations, I was recruited to the Duluth, MN area. For the past 7 years, I worked for a local GC managing many local projects from Assisted Living Facilities to the Historic Nor Shor Theatre. I enjoy working with all aspects of the construction process from pre-design to the final punch list. In my free time, I enjoy warm-weather activities such as water skiing, tubing, and camping. And in the colder months, I love playing games, watching movies, and relaxing indoors.
