Tim W.

General Foreman

I grew up on a farm in southern Minnesota where I developed a strong work ethic and the ability to solve problems. My background is in commercial framing and drywall, where I fulfilled the roles of apprentice carpenter, journeyman, foreman, and field superintendent. I gained a lot of valuable knowledge over those years about how important it is to have a good plan from the very beginning – following through on it ensures a successful result. It is exciting to be involved in a project from the initial planning stages to turning over the finished product to our clients, and it is always interesting to witness how much planning, effort and teamwork is involved. Being out on the job site and helping all the trades work together to bring the project to life is what I enjoy the most about my role here at Gardner. I am excited to be part of a team that is willing to do anything it takes to make each project a success for the client and our trade partners!
