Johnny H.

Superintendent

Construction has always been part of my story. Carrying on a family legacy is what first drew me into this work, and I’ve always been motivated by turning ideas into something real. I find a lot of fulfillment in helping clients see their vision come to life and being part of the process that transforms plans into finished spaces.

Over the years, I’ve built a deep foundation in commercial construction and now bring that experience to my role as a superintendent in Duluth. I enjoy coordinating teams, problem-solving in real time, and keeping projects moving forward with care and intention. Seeing a job come together – and knowing the work was done well – is what keeps me engaged every day.

Outside of work, my wife and I stay busy with our son, Luke, and our two dogs. We spend as much time outdoors as possible, fishing, hunting, and exploring together. We also run a fishing derby each May out of Bayfield, Wisconsin, on Lake Superior. In addition to being on the water, I’m a professional artist specializing in detailed pen drawings of nature scenes and fish — artwork inspired by the outdoors and even featured on swag and stickers sold in local shops.
