I love a good Cinderella story, and in construction, every project feels like one. A team comes together, works through challenges, and turns something rough into something lasting. That mindset shapes how I show up on the jobsite each day. I take pride in building with care, reading plans closely, and working alongside the field team to make sure everything comes together. Safety, respect for the tools I’m trusted with, and representing Gardner’s hospitable culture are always top priorities for me.
During my senior year of high school, I had my own Cinderella story moment: I played football in the Metrodome at the state tournament and was even interviewed by Erik Perkins about our unexpected run. That experience taught me the value of teamwork, preparation, and showing up when it matters most, lessons I still carry with me on every project.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my family and building projects in my garage for friends and family.
