Skilled Laborer

There’s a lot I like about working in the construction industry – it’s always satisfying to see projects you worked on after they’ve been completed, and I like getting to use the skills I’ve been honing for over a decade. But my favorite part about working at Gardner is the people. I’ve met some wonderful people who are not only skilled at their crafts, but also at listening to the client’s vision and executing it.

I know a thing or two about being a good listener, a skill I’ve developed bartending on the side.  I believe that connecting with people is just as important as the job itself, and I love unwinding outdoors with my chocolate lab.
