Eric D.
Superintendent
I started my career in residential framing in 1995 and joined the apprenticeship
program in 1997. In 2001 I finished my apprenticeship and was promoted to foreman. I then moved into a superintendent role where I worked for many years before joining the Gardner Builder team in 2022. I’m motivated by meeting deadlines and bringing projects in under budget. I also enjoy figuring out solutions to problems that will inevitably come up. In my spare time, I like going on adventures with my wife, 3 kids and dog, Oscar. Completing home remodeling projects and building furniture in my workshop are also some of my favorite past times.
Favorite Tool:
A pencil. Just ask any architect, with a pencil…anything is possible.
Little Known Facts:
I had my honeymoon in Jamaica
I can play “Great Balls of Fire” on the piano
I tore the entire roof of our house (while living there) when my wife was 6 months pregnant and added on a 2nd floor before the baby came.
