I like to say construction is my sport. I’m competitive by nature, and I’m driven by the challenge of helping my team win, especially when that means exceeding a client’s expectations. I enjoy thinking strategically, solving problems early, and setting projects up for success from the very beginning. The pre-construction phase is where I thrive, using strong communication and creative planning to build a solid foundation before work ever starts on site.

Over time, I’ve built a strong background in commercial construction management, starting out in hands-on concrete work and growing into a project management role. That field experience shapes how I approach projects today, helping me balance big-picture planning with practical execution and teamwork.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my energetic dog, Lucy, checking out new distilleries, and learning more about Japanese culture.
