Aaron V.
Service Technician
I’ve always enjoyed hands-on work that requires figuring things out as you go, especially the kind of projects that don’t fit neatly into a box. I’m drawn to oddball jobs and problem-solving in real time, whether that means coordinating trades, managing details, or jumping in to do the work myself. Historic warehouse remodels are especially intriguing to me; there’s something rewarding about helping transform older buildings into spaces with a new purpose.
I joined the Gardner team bringing decades of commercial construction experience, with a background that includes millwork, doors and hardware, and window installation. Working as a service technician allows me to blend project management with hands-on craftsmanship, which keeps the work interesting and challenging. And when I’m not on the job, there’s a good chance I’m working on an ice house: I’m currently on my tenth remodel and still finding ways to make each one better than the last.
I grew up in Monticello and spend as much time outdoors as I can. Ice fishing is a big passion of mine, along with camping, chopping wood, and spending time outside with friends and family.
