Business Development Lead

Throughout my time at Gardner, I’ve been fortunate to wear many hats, from leading our healthcare market sector to managing the marketing team. Along the way, I discovered that what I value most is creating meaningful connections that bring people together around shared goals and lasting success. Today, as Business Development Lead, I partner across market sectors to build strong relationships and gain a deep understanding of the people we work with, both inside and outside our organization. I enjoy connecting people, uncovering opportunities, and using market insight and trusted relationships to help build momentum for our team and our clients. 

Outside of work, my two strong-willed daughters keep me on my toes. When we’re not on a family adventure, you’ll likely find me enjoying the best restaurants across the Twin Cities’ or supporting the local arts and theater communities. While I occasionally make my way onto the stage, I also find joy in volunteering and serving on the board of a local theater organization.
