I take a thoughtful, methodical approach to my work, but I also know that no two projects are exactly the same. Being willing to adapt, think creatively, and adjust when conditions change is an important part of keeping a job moving forward. I enjoy the balance of planning ahead while staying flexible enough to find solutions when challenges come up in the field.

Construction has been part of my life from the beginning. I grew up watching and helping my dad and grandpa in the trades, which influenced me to follow this career path. After spending more than two decades in the industry, I joined the Gardner team in 2021 and now bring that experience into my role as a superintendent, where consistency, problem-solving, and teamwork are key.

I was born and raised in Lakeville, Minnesota, and outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors with my wife, our two sons, and our two dogs. I also spend time coaching  Hockey, Baseball, and football. Camping with my family, hunting, and fishing are some of my favorite ways to stay connected to family, our community, and the outdoors.
