Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development Manager
What I love most about the construction industry is the people. I’m naturally drawn to connecting with others, seeing the strengths they may not always see in themselves, and helping them recognize what’s possible. Every conversation is an opportunity to celebrate someone’s craft, build them up, and help shape the next chapter of their career.
In my role supporting talent and growth at Gardner, I get to help build the company by bringing in the right people and helping them thrive here. I’m especially passionate about programs like Project Seedling, which create more accessible pathways into construction. That passion is personal for me. I grew up as the daughter of an electrician, so the trades have always felt familiar and close to home. I’m married to a high school shop teacher, and together we spend a lot of time finding ways to introduce young people to the construction world early. We believe in helping students see the value of working with their hands, solving real problems, and building the world around them. Supporting programs like Project Seedling and creating clearer pathways into construction are ways I get to bring that shared passion to life.
Outside of work, I love being outdoors and exploring new places. You’ll usually find me camping, kayaking, horseback riding, traveling, spending time with my nieces & nephews, or heading to a concert. I recently traveled to another country by myself, which was a bucket list item! I’m also an avid angler on a mission to catch a 30-inch walleye; I’ve come painfully close at 29 inches, so the fish are officially on notice.
