As a fourth generation carpenter, I have had the privilege to observe the examples set out by close family members over the course of my life. Growing up, I learned patience from my grandfather, and from my father I learned that efficiency and quality can coexist. Because of their mentorship and training, this trade has become much more than a job to me – it is a lifestyle. I have worked with many talented crews on extremely challenging projects, and from those experiences, I know that upholding the values of hard work, accountability and honesty is the secret to any team and successful project. My goal at Gardner Builders is to offer my strong work ethic, honesty, and accountability to this already incredible team.
