What I enjoy most about working in construction is figuring out how complex pieces come together in the real world. I like being involved in projects from planning through execution, taking ownership of the process, and helping teams stay aligned on goals, schedules, and expectations.

I value strong relationships and clear communication, and I enjoy working closely with clients and trade partners to keep projects moving efficiently. I’m always looking for ways to learn, improve, and add value, whether that’s refining processes, solving challenges as they come up, or helping the team deliver successful outcomes.

This may sound unbelievable, but I’ve never had a cup of coffee in my life. I stay energized outside of work by hiking, biking, spending time outside, cooking, and remodeling my house.
