I got into construction shortly after high school, when I had an opportunity to help a family frame houses.  What keeps me coming back every day is watching the progression of a project from start to finish and taking pride in the finished product. 

I’m motivated by a love of travel and trying new things in life, and you can’t do those things without staying motivated. That drive carries into how I show up on the job site every day, prioritizing safety and representing the Gardner culture in the way I work alongside my team and trade partners.

Outside of work, you can find me four-wheeling, grilling, and spending a lot of time out in the Dakotas hunting and fishing.
