Project Engineer

Taking care of the people around me is what I value most. I enjoy jumping in wherever I’m needed, supporting the team, and creating an environment where everyone feels respected and set up to succeed. To me, hospitality isn’t just about being friendly; it’s about listening, learning, and showing up for others in meaningful ways.

I started in the construction industry with Gardner in 2025 as a project engineer, and I appreciate the vantage point my role gives me throughout the life of a project. While I enjoy watching a job evolve from start to finish, what I love most is problem-solving and collaborating with the wide range of people involved. Meeting new people and learning how they work best keeps every day interesting and rewarding.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on or in the water: swimming, kayaking, boating, or fishing. I also enjoy tending to my fruit and vegetable garden and making my own maple syrup, which is one of my favorite ways to slow down and recharge.
