Eric D.
Superintendent
I’m passionate about building, solving problems, and doing things the right way. I started my career in residential framing in 1995 and joined the apprenticeship program in 1997. In 2001, I completed my apprenticeship and was promoted to foreman, eventually moving into a superintendent role in 2006, where I spent many years gaining hands-on experience before joining the Gardner team in 2022.
I’m motivated by a good challenge and take pride in being technically excellent, meeting deadlines, and bringing projects in under budget. I enjoy thinking ahead, anticipating potential issues, and finding solutions before they become problems. I take my work seriously, but I also believe a sense of humor goes a long way, and it’s something the people I work with appreciate.
Outside of work, I enjoy going on adventures with my wife, our three kids, and our dog, Oscar. At home, you’ll usually find me working on remodeling projects or building furniture in my workshop – I’ve always enjoyed creating and building, both on and off the job.
