Joe H.
Project Manager
I joined the Gardner team with a wide range of experience working across markets, such as tenant improvement, multi-family housing, institutional, and industrial. I also worked at the University of Minnesota for 9 years as a Facilities Supervisor for Housing and Residential Life, and a Construction Project Manager for University Construction. I enjoy building strong client relationships and I always go the extra mile to understand their needs to accomplish project goals. Outside of work, I can be found spending time outdoors camping, fishing, hiking, and canoeing with my wife, 4 kids, and golden retriever puppy, Cody.

3 Little Known Facts about me
I spent 16 years in the green industry, and originally went to school for landscape design and horticulture. I am a certified tree care advisor for the state of Minnesota, and was a climbing arborist for a few years. I own my own rope and saddle and still enjoy climbing whenever I can find the time. Look me up if you have any tree related questions that I can help with!
For the first time this last winter I decided to build a hockey rink in my backyard. Similar to when it rains right after you get your car washed, you can all thank me for the unusually warm winter we had this year.
