John M.
Superintendent
My career in construction started as a child at home building pole buildings and cabinets on the family farm. Since then, I’ve worked in the residential, tenant improvement, industrial, ground-up, and medical construction fields. The most rewarding part of working in construction is the last 25 percent of completion when you get to really see projects materialize as a result of the cooperation and collaboration of the team; as a superintendent, my top expectation is teamwork in our daily performance. I’m proud of my strong Midwestern work ethic, attention to detail, and excellence in customer satisfaction. Knowing I have the opportunity to bring joy to people through my work keeps me excited to come to work every day.
