I have over 7 years in the commercial construction management industry and prior to that, 2 years of pouring concrete. What motivates me is trying to find my full potential, knocking out client’s expectations, and straight-up competition. I like to say that construction is my sport and I want my team to win! My favorite approach to the work is pre-construction, knowing how critical that communication is and finding optimal solutions when issues arise. Outside of work, I enjoy hanging out with my energetic dog, Lucy, and trying out new distilleries. I also got to visit Japan this year as well, which was always a dream of mine.
