Becoming a superintendent was always a goal of mine, and I’ve been intentional about growing into that role by continuing to learn and refine my skills on-site. I enjoy finding efficient solutions to everyday challenges and delivering the best possible results for our clients. Being part of the Gardner team has given me the opportunity to grow, take on more responsibility, and contribute in meaningful ways.

With years of experience in the construction industry, I progressed through roles including carpenter and foreman, building a strong foundation that now supports my work as a superintendent. Hospitality plays an important role in how I approach the job; to me, it’s about making sure people walk away feeling valued, comfortable, and confident that their needs are being met, while leaving a positive, lasting impression.
