I began my career in graphic design but was always drawn to construction having come from a family of carpenters. I joined a carpenter’s apprenticeship program and began working for a drywall company, which trained my eye for seeing potential issues in design and also gave me a spatial awareness that has been helpful in every phase of my construction projects. I understand the initial phase of construction sets the tone for everything down the line, from HVAC to millwork to wall finishes. As a result, I’ve learned how to closely collaborate and communicate with all involved parties to achieve successful outcomes, especially on projects requiring fast-paced schedules.
