Kevin S.
Senior Project Manager
I grew up in the Minneapolis area and graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Civil Engineering. After undergrad, I received a Masters degree in Historic Preservation from the University of Vermont. I have worked in the construction industry for about 15 years with the first few working for a consulting company resolving building failures. The rest have been with managing various size construction projects around the region. Most of my past project have been in the higher education and cultural markets. I enjoy the interaction with the owner, architect and other project team members during the design phase and aligning scope and budgets. Given my background, I am always looking for projects that involve some type of preservation and enjoy renovating tired, old buildings and giving them a new life. Over the course of my career, I have been fortunate to lead preconstruction and construction efforts on many notable projects around the metropolitan area. The best part about construction is that when the project is complete, we, as a team, can stand back and all say that we came together, had some fun, and built something great.
