What keeps me energized in this work is the pace, the details, and the challenge of executing projects well. I enjoy the intensity of tenant improvement work, where there is never a dull moment and success depends on focus, efficiency, and follow-through. Delivering high-quality results while keeping projects moving forward is something I take a lot of pride in.

I joined Gardner in 2013, bringing more than 25 years of experience in construction management, with work that has ranged from small tenant improvements to large, ground-up builds. Building consensus across the entire project team is important to me, since collaboration is what ensures success at every phase, from planning through punch list. While I am known for being a tenacious project manager, I also believe there is value in keeping things light and bringing a sense of humor to the work when it is needed most.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my wife and kids, and we make it a priority to take a family vacation together every year.
