Service Technician

Most days for me start with a cup of coffee and a quick plan for how to help the team be successful. I like being in a role where I can stay hands-on, solve problems as they come up, and give people clear direction and support in a positive way. Working as a service technician lets me do all of that while being part of a wide range of buildings and projects, which keeps the work interesting.

I grew up in New Richmond, Wisconsin, and got into construction through my grandpa and friends; once I was around it, I knew it was something I wanted to stick with. Over time, I’ve found a lot of satisfaction in stepping into leadership, helping motivate others, and giving vision and clarity to what needs to happen on the job.

Outside of work, family comes first. My wife and our five kids keep life busy in the best way. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me four-wheeling, camping, cooking and grilling, lifting, hiking, hunting, reading, running, or traveling to national parks. I also enjoy attending sporting events and cheering on the Packers and Brewers.
