Nick K.
Project Manager
I grew up in the construction industry, spending countless days on jobsites with my dad. From an early age, I was fascinated by how drawings turned into real structures, and I was hooked long before I ever realized construction would become my career.
Now, nearly two decades into the industry, my favorite part of the job is still watching a project evolve from an idea on paper into a fully built, working space. I especially enjoy seeing complex MEP systems, particularly electrical, come together on large-scale projects. There’s something uniquely satisfying about the coordination, precision, and problem-solving it takes to make those systems work seamlessly. Being involved from early planning through final turnover, collaborating with great teams, and working through challenges along the way is what keeps me energized.
When I’m not on a jobsite, I’m a big history buff and can usually be found down some kind of history rabbit hole. I also love spending time with my family, being outdoors, and riding my motorcycle whenever I get the chance.
