Pat L.
Superintendent
I joined Gardner because I believe construction can be about putting people first. No matter how busy a project gets, it’s important to honor the people doing the work and create an environment where everyone feels respected and supported. Working in construction has taught me how to collaborate with many different personalities, and building strong, trusting relationships is something I value deeply.
Over the course of more than three decades in the industry, I’ve developed a steady, people-focused approach to leading job sites and helping teams work through challenges together. Creating space for collaboration, communication, and accountability is central to how I approach my role as a superintendent.
Outside of work, I’m a beekeeper, and my family owns a small maple syrup business. I also enjoy whitetail and elk hunting – anything that keeps me connected to the outdoors and grounded.
