Randy L.
Senior Project Manager
With an early introduction to construction through my father’s painting company, I developed an appreciation for how projects come together long before entering the industry professionally. Time spent on job sites and in homes sparked a lasting interest in built environments and initially led me toward drafting and architectural studies. Over time, I discovered my true passion in the management side of construction, where planning, problem‑solving, and working closely with people intersect.
I began my construction career in 1992 and have built a reputation for leading with experience, integrity, and a collaborative mindset. I find genuine satisfaction in navigating challenges, building trust, and creating strong teams capable of delivering exceptional results. For me, each project is an opportunity to form meaningful relationships and approach problem‑solving with both practicality and care.
My philosophy is rooted in hospitality—genuinely caring for people and treating every interaction as more than a transaction. I believe in creating environments where clients, partners, and team members feel respected, supported, and valued.
Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, staying active, and traveling with my wife. We’re particularly fond of the Carolinas.
