Rica G.
Hospitality Coordinator
Helping people feel welcomed and supported comes naturally to me, which is why I love the role I get to play at Gardner. I joined the team in 2023 and quickly found that the culture here aligns closely with who I am and how I like to show up for others. As the first person people see when they walk into our Minneapolis culture hub, I enjoy being a trusted go-to for questions, assistance, and making connections. Creating a positive first impression and helping people feel valued is something I take a lot of pride in.
Outside of work, I love exploring new places and trying new hobbies with friends and family. I enjoy shopping, reading, researching, hiking, and visiting national parks, with Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park being two favorites. I am also learning to play a folk harp that my dad made for me. When it comes time to unwind, cooking and baking are my favorite ways to unplug. And while I am not one to brag, I did win a red ribbon at the Minnesota State Fair for my oatmeal raisin cookies.
