Superintendent

I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and understanding how things come together. That curiosity, paired with my love for organization, led me to a role where I can stay connected to the work while helping guide projects from start to finish. I believe strong communication and attention to detail are essential, and I’m a big believer in over-communicating so teams stay aligned and projects run smoothly.

Over the course of my career, I’ve worked through a variety of roles in the construction industry, experiences that eventually led me to my position as a superintendent at Gardner. That range of perspectives helps me anticipate challenges, stay organized, and support the team in delivering projects we can all be proud of.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter and tackling house projects. I usually have at least one project going at all times to keep myself busy. When it’s time to truly unplug, I love to travel. I’ve been to Mexico ten times, and Isla Mujeres has become a favorite destination for my family.
