I was drawn to construction because it brings engineering and real-world problem-solving together in a way that feels meaningful and tangible. While studying at Iowa State University, I realized this field was the perfect fit for how I think and work, collaborating with others, solving complex challenges, and turning ideas into results. That foundation continues to shape how I approach my work every day.

What I enjoy most about this industry is the collaboration it requires. Working closely with teams, building strong relationships with clients and trade partners, and helping our operations run smoothly are what make the work rewarding. I’m motivated by supporting the people around me, continuing to grow professionally, and providing for my family.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and dad who enjoys cheering on Wisconsin sports – especially the Bucks, Brewers, and Packers.
