Spencer C.

Project Manager

I began my construction career as a carpenter while finishing my degree in biotechnology. What started as work to pay for school became a calling. Upon graduating, I moved directly into construction project management, where I quickly discovered a passion for people and an empathetic approach to my work. I take great pride in meeting clients and partners where they’re at. I recognize that few people do what we do every day, and I firmly believe that transparent, continuous, and educational communication elevates and empowers the entire team to feel engaged and participate effectively.

My technical background in biotechnology shapes the precision and attention to detail I apply to every project. By leading with curiosity, I continuously challenge myself, learn, grow, and discover new and innovative ways to create meaningful experiences and spaces. It is my mission to truly understand the team, the project scope, and the “why” of each individual, enabling me to manage projects to the client’s needs while providing an incredibly high-quality experience and end product.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time chasing my 1-year-old and two dogs with the help of my wife, Hanna. I also live with Type 1 Diabetes, which powers my annual charitable fundraising and 100-mile bike rides in some corner of the US.

Little Known Facts:

I cross country ski with my dog (she does most of the work) and we will be competing together this winter.

I coach a charity cycling team for JDRF so that we can all complete 100 mile bike rides throughout the summer and raise money for Type 1 Diabetes research.

My fiancée and I produced over 100 pints of salsa from our garden last year!
