Tami joined the Gardner team with 8 years of HR experience in nonprofit organizations, food manufacturing, and electrical supply. This is Tami’s first time working in the construction industry! Tami enjoys the problem-solving aspect of working in HR and finds her job very rewarding when she can help set her team members up for success. She has been told she’s a “ray of sunshine” at the office and is always looking for ways to connect with the team. Outside of work, Tami is passionate about traveling, trying new restaurants, playing video games, and crafting. She has also enjoyed learning more about basketball by attending many Timberwolves games this past year with her boyfriend!
Favorite Tool:
My favorite tool is oddly the Allen wrench. In the last few years decorating our first home, this little guy has helped build a lot of furniture for us with minimal effort!

I have a chunky cat named Dizzy who loves to spend all day snuggling and watching tv.
My boyfriend and I love to go to Vegas and we’ve gone on small trips there each year since we started dating.
I grew up with four sisters and none of us watched sports, but as of this year I have been loving basketball since attending a handful of Timberwolves games!
