2012 & 2013
Project Architect: Gensler
Gardner’s office project encompassed both the preservation of original architectural nuances and the expansion of the space’s updated modern environment. Structural changes started with wall removal, expanding the conference room and doubling the already open work area. The original terrazzo floors and plaster ceilings were restored during build-out. The design of the space took care to incorporate the re-use of many recycled elements from previous projects.

Size: 8,500 SF
Location: Minnetonka
2011
Project Architect: DLR Group
The MSpace renovation required Gardner’s technical aptitude coupled with an understanding of the owner’s design vision. The majority of the project was built in advance of the delivery of the architectural wall systems. As a result, the construction team was required to build new soffits and ceilings to fixed dimensions dictated by the architectural wall shop drawings. Gardner’s ability to work with a great deal of precision culminated in MSpace’s modern space. The space features high-tech conference rooms enclosed by textured glass and bold, modern fixtures.
