An advantage of the RGA project was being selected during the pre-construction process which allowed us to gain valuable insight on the design early on in the process – especially important given RGA had selected Permasteelisa architectural glass walls and sliding doors. This specific wall system has extremely tight tolerances (less than 1/8″ deviation +/-). Gardner was able to be proactive in ensuring all floor and ceiling planes were within the specified tolerances. The result was a successful installation of the wall system with technical accuracy. The office follows a clean, linear sequence. The entry doors, ceiling, floor tile and boardroom doors all share the same center-line for perfect alignment with relationship to each other.
