Tad E.

Superintendent

My construction career started in 1997 in Nebraska as a laborer, and I worked my way through roles as a rough carpenter, finish carpenter, operator, foreman, and superintendent. I have enjoyed a variety of projects including heavy civil, light industrial, food service, elementary and higher education, large retail, federal, senior living, agricultural, healthcare, and transportation. I love to learn new skills and apply that knowledge in scheduling and daily planning exercises.

I was excited to join the Gardner team in 2019 due to their supportive culture and drive to succeed. I have a passion for exceeding customer expectations, facilitating trade partners for success, and implementing and mentoring a positive safety culture on each project. Communication and accountability through Lean Last Planner early in the project delivery have contributed to the success of most of my projects.
