Employee Engagement Coordinator

Having never worked in construction, I was eager to learn about a new industry when I started in March of 2019. My job at Gardner is to ensure that everyone feels valued, challenged, and excited to come to work every day. Our commitment to company culture and putting our employees first is unlike any other place I’ve worked. I enjoy creating opportunities for the team to connect while improving our employee experience through team events, recruitment and onboarding, HR policies, and more. Having a shared sense of community is very important to me and motivates me to promote positivity in our workspace. 

I have many hobbies, but not enough time to devote myself to them all! I have a passion for dance and I teach classes a few nights a week. I play the piano and cello, I enjoy being in the outdoors, and you can always find me with a book wherever I go.

I go camping in the Boundary Waters every summer. 

In college, I spent a semester in France and a semester in India.
