What matters most to me in this work is how we show up for one another and for our clients. When I found Gardner, it was immediately clear that culture isn’t just talked about here, it’s lived every day. As a project manager, I’m driven by being part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way and creating an experience that leaves clients genuinely delighted. I enjoy navigating complex commercial interiors projects and collaborating with teams across healthcare, industrial, tenant improvement, and hospitality environments.

A part of my role that is the most impactful to me is developing and training our project management team. I’m deeply passionate about this work because it allows me to share proactive practices, strengthen client communication, and reinforce what the Gardner way looks like in action. Helping others grow, gain confidence, and work more effectively together is something I find incredibly rewarding.

Outside of work, you can find me exploring Minnesota’s restaurant scene, cheering on the Timberwolves, or unwinding with a good glass of red wine.
