Pete S.

Project Manager

While I always had a passion for construction, my path into the industry was somewhat unconventional. I majored in finance and worked for a large commercial real estate firm right out of college. After seeing firsthand how buildings were acquired and operated, I realized I wanted to focus on construction and went to work for a specialty contractor, bidding and managing various projects.

I have now been in the commercial construction industry for over five years. My background in finance helps me understand the bottom line for the customer and ensure projects are delivered on budget and on time.

My favorite part about construction is seeing a set of plans come to life, problem-solving along the way, and taking a step back at the end to admire the finished product. I enjoy collaborating with others to complete a successful project, and I value the relationships that are built and maintained as a result.
