Tad E.
Superintendent
I’m driven by learning new skills and finding better ways to plan, communicate, and deliver successful projects. I enjoy the daily challenge of scheduling, problem-solving, and keeping a job moving forward, and I take pride in applying what I learn to improve how work gets done on-site. Exceeding customer expectations, building strong relationships with trade partners, and fostering a positive safety culture are central to how I approach every project.
My construction career has given me the opportunity to work across a wide range of project types, including heavy civil, light industrial, education, healthcare, retail, federal, senior living, agricultural, and transportation work. Over time, I’ve grown into a site superintendent role, drawing on experience gained through laborer, carpenter, operator, foreman, and leadership positions. Clear communication, accountability, and using Lean Last Planner early in project delivery have consistently contributed to successful outcomes.
I joined the Gardner team in 2019 because of the company’s supportive culture and shared drive to succeed. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and spending time with my wife and our two sons, especially when we’re out on the pontoon together.
