One of my favorite parts of my work at Gardner is the positive environment: collaborating with our trade partners to deliver projects that exceed our clients’ expectations. Working closely with the team on site, I focus on clear communication, coordination, and creating a positive, respectful jobsite environment where everyone can do their best work. I take pride in helping projects move forward safely, staying proactive when challenges come up, and making sure everyone stays aligned from start to finish.

Outside of work, I hold a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo and enjoy sporting clay shooting as a way to relax and reset.
