One of the most satisfying parts of this work is the moment a new building or buildout is turned over to a client, seeing the finished space and sharing that sense of accomplishment never gets old. I value collaboration, clear communication, and creating an environment rooted in respect, and those principles guide how I approach every project and interaction.

I began working in construction in 1998. That time has reinforced how important teamwork and trust are to achieving successful outcomes. Being part of Gardner is especially meaningful to me because those same values are clearly reflected in the way we work together every day.

Outside of work, my happy place is the outdoors. I enjoy golfing, walleye fishing, hunting, and visiting Minnesota’s North Shore.
