I love that Gardner’s work creates places for people to succeed, both through its construction projects and its team culture. I’m new to the construction industry, but I’ve already found so much fulfillment seeing something be created from the ground up, whether it’s a project, event, or team. I find a lot of joy in supporting the whole company in my role, helping to build an intentional and connected culture that fuels our projects.

I used to live in Duluth, Minnesota, and I try to get back there whenever I can. I’m also a coffee lover, and I spent six years as a barista. When I’m not working, I love trying out new restaurants, reading, attending any kind of seasonal event or activity, and being on or near the water.
