Amy M.
Project Coordinator
I started working in construction in 2006, but the industry has been part of my life long before that. My grandparents founded a small mechanical contracting business in Milwaukee, which my father later took over after earning his degree. During summers in high school, I helped out in the office and quickly realized how much I enjoyed the pace, problem-solving, and teamwork. Construction has always felt like something that’s simply in my blood.
What I enjoy most about the work is being part of a close-knit project team and seeing a project come together from start to finish. I also appreciate the opportunity to work across a wide range of project types, which continues to expand my knowledge and keeps the work engaging. I’m motivated by being challenged and learning something new each day.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, traveling, and going to sporting events – whether it’s a professional game or cheering my kids on at dance competitions, hockey games, or lacrosse matches.
