My passion for building started early; when I was 11, I worked alongside my dad building pallets that shipped fireplaces around the world. That experience sparked a lifelong love of creating and led me into commercial construction in 2006 after my service in the Marine Corps. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to build across a range of market sectors, gaining a deep understanding of the process from multiple perspectives. 

At Gardner Builders, my role is all about keeping things moving, being a resource to others, and making sure the day-to-day operations run smoothly so every project stays on track. I help our teams set and meet operational standards that will help us, our clients, trades, and design partners reach our big-picture goals.

I’m a big believer in hands-on leadership, connecting with people, and bringing passion to every project. I’m driven by the challenge each project brings and by a shared commitment to doing exceptional work while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

When I’m not focused on operations, you’ll find me on a baseball field or spending time with my family.
