Chuck J.

Service Technician

My father taught me the importance of creating with both my mind and my hands, and I still carry that lesson with me. It is probably why I enjoy working with tools and why the craft of construction has always felt like a natural fit.

I entered the industry in 2013, and one of the most gratifying parts of the work is seeing what can be accomplished through discipline, collaboration, and a willingness to solve problems together. I believe in delivering a hospitable experience for clients and navigating challenges with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset rooted in our core values.

At home, life is full in all the best ways. I am a dad to four, share space with a very opinionated ragdoll cat named Sebastian, and look after five chickens who are destined to remain nameless. I also hold a fifth-degree black belt in Traditional Okinawan Shuri-te Karate, which continues to shape my discipline and focus.

What motivates me each day is simple. I want to provide the best possible future for my family, and that purpose is the first thing that gets me out of bed every morning.
