Project Engineer

I enjoy being part of projects where communication, teamwork, and follow-through truly matter. Seeing work come together through strong collaboration is what drew me to construction and continues to motivate me every day. I focus on supporting projects with integrity, building strong relationships with clients and trade partners, while being open to feedback in order to learn and grow.

My construction career began in residential remodeling, where I quickly realized how every decision I made could strongly impact several people. This is where I gained an appreciation for how thoughtful coordination impacts a project’s success. With four years of experience in the industry, I bring that perspective into my role as a Project Engineer while striving to reflect Gardner’s people-first culture through consistent communication, attention to detail, and a steady focus on the client experience.

When working with clients, I aim to create a smooth, hospitable process by helping them understand what to expect and keeping their needs front and center. My goal is for clients to feel supported and confident throughout the project, knowing their best interests are always a priority. Plus, I want everyone to have fun!

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, attending music festivals, and spending time with my two children. If I had to name a favorite tool, it would be integrity, because it guides how I approach my work and how I show up in everyday life.
