Skilled Laborer

I enjoy working on projects where people with different skills come together to accomplish a shared goal. Seeing that collaboration in action is one of the most rewarding parts of the construction industry for me, and it shapes how I show up on the jobsite each day.

I’ve been working in the construction industry since 2014, and in my current role, I support the team by helping keep the jobsite organized, safe, and running efficiently. I take pride in maintaining a clean site, staying attentive to equipment and site needs, and representing Gardner’s culture through a respectful, hospitality-focused presence. Paying close attention to safety and the details that keep work moving smoothly is a responsibility I take seriously.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my daughter and using my free time to hunt and fish.
